Hi there! I’m Erica - Jamaican by birth, German by residency, but just call me a World Citizen! I love food, tea, travel, reading and a bit of gardening if the weather is right. And I'm not great at sports, but I do try, (if sporadic yoga & walking count...)
In 2015, I left my comfortable corporate gig in JA to travel Europe under the guise of studying (spending more time in transit than in a classroom). And somewhere along the way, I decided to throw the full weight of my myriad business related degrees, 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years of senior management experience, behind the building blocks of the world today - entrepreneurs.
Some people are blessed with such boundless creative genius that they just want to share with the world and some (like myself) are quite honestly, not. I, on the other hand, was blessed with the ability to harness the creative musings of such entrepreneurs and turn it into structure. processes. workflows. systems. Basically turning their ideas into a lean, streamlined business machine.
